This one of a kind bird is created from a block of pine, carved into shape, then base painted. Guy then makes and inserts each wire feather one at a time by hand. The Red Rocket's tail feathers are hand crafted from copper sheet and painted. The legs are fashioned from rolled steel and painted to suit each sculpture. The finishing touch is the addition of Guy's signature bird band. Original, whimsical, collectable.
